Octant's Capture and Proposal Management Software to Move On to Second Round

Octant was one of four companies to have won the first round of Northern Virginia Technology Council / Washington Post Capital Business competition and proceeded to the second round of competition.This competition will occur at the Destination Innovation event on April 2, 2014 at The Washington Post headquarters. At that event, the Keynote Speaker as this event will be Michael Chasen, Founder and CEO of SocialRadar; and Carly Fiorina, Founder, Carly Fiorina Enterprises Former Chairman and CEO of Hewlett Packard.

The event is presented by the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Technology Innovations Committee and Capital Business, the weekly business publication of The Washington Post. Destination Innovation highlights technology advancements emerging from our region through exhibitions, networking, industry speakers and innovation pitches.

During this second round, each company will be given the ability to present a two-minute pitch about its innovative technology including why it is disruptive and how it solves a real-world problem.
